I had a really nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed, although the open windows exposed me to pigeons, which was a bit bothersome during my 3-night stay. The service was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The location was convenient and close to various transportation options and great dining spots. The dining experience, while simple and fresh, was basic and should have been complimentary for the price. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The service was amazing, from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff accommodated us efficiently and even allowed us to park with no fee on street cleaning day. The location was convenient and central, perfect for exploring San Francisco.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fantastic host who brought us a bottle of Pinot Gris and assisted us up to our room.
